Insurance
Unfortunately remediation and tutoring services are not currently covered by health insurance.
NCSEAA Grant
All of our consultants at Wolf Educational Counseling are approved providers for the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA) ESA+ program.
We encourage you to visit the NCSEAA website to learn more about how to qualify for this grant.
The application window for these grants generally opens on February 1st and closes on March 15th. To determine the eligibility criteria and ascertain which grant your family may qualify for, we recommend referring to the NCSEAA Eligibility Requirements page.
Our team is dedicated to assisting you throughout the grant application process and ensuring that you have access to the available resources and opportunities for educational support.
HSA
We recommend that families explore using a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help cover costs associated with our tutoring and executive functioning services. Your HSA will typically cover the costs of our services if the student has a medical diagnosis that impacts their ability to learn. We will provide any necessary documentation to facilitate the reimbursement process.
