The intake meeting is approximately an hour long meeting with you and an intake coordinator to gain an in-depth understanding of your student’s needs and their education history. We will discuss the educational priorities and establish a plan of action. Additionally, this meeting provides an opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with how we work and gain insights into the services we offer to families.
Complete your paperwork before your intake meeting
After scheduling an intake meeting you will receive a link to fill out our client information form. This form allows you to send us relevant documents like psychological reports, IEPs and 504 plans.
Get matched with a consultant.
After the completion of the intake process and assessments, your Intake Coordinators will match the student with a consultant from our team.
Following this, you will collaborate closely with the assigned consultant to schedule sessions.
